Simplicity
Smartnav is operated from one button on the dashboard, which means it is easy to use and does not distract the driver from the road ahead. The Smartnav PAs are there to help locate the correct destination, support emergency and breakdown requirements and even take orders for flowers and champagne. The Smartnav PA will also locate your nearest cash point, petrol station, hotel and other specified points of interest and send the route direct to the car.

Up to minute mapping information
Smartnavâ€™s mapping data is stored on a central computer and is updated continuously. This means our customers benefit from the latest mapping without having to purchase new CDs or DVDs.

*Touch Screen* Touch Screen is a feature rich LCD visual display, which perfectly complements Smartnav’s audible step-by-step instructions, dynamically guiding drivers around traffic jams to their specified destination. Touch Screen can be installed discreetly into vehicles and is designed specifically for drivers who would appreciate the comfort of visual instructions to accompany Smartnav’s spoken instructions. It can also help you comply with the new mobile phone hands free law as you can divert your mobile phone to receive incoming calls through the Touch Screen.

*Safe Speed* Safe Speed audibly alerts drivers to the location of safety camera zones. It will also caution the driver if the vehicle continues to go over the speed limit in that zone. Customers can upgrade their unit for an additional fee.

*RAC Trackstar Plus - stolen vehicle tracking* Smartnav benefits from the integration of a leading GPS/GSM stolen vehicle tracking system - RAC Trackstar Plus - that can be upgraded on the Smartnav unit for an additional fee.
